Mushihimesama Futari is Coming to The App Store Next Week!

Hey folks, just saw this trailer over on Cave's YouTube channel. Mushihimesama Futari will be coming to the Apple App Store on April 5th! Of course they'll be using the English translation so it's called Bug Princess 2 rather then translating "Futari" which means "Together". (Thanks to Sama on for the hint!) As with all other Cave shooters, you'll need to have a current generation iPod Touch or iPhone to play it. The game will also play on the iPad and if you have multiple devices, like me, you just need to download it once! (I hate paying extra for "HD Versions) Also just like all of Cave's other games, expect the price to be near 10 dollars. A lot of people scoff at the price, but you get a great arcade port that you can keep coming back too.

I really hope Cave will consider adding in the "Black Label" upgrade as either paid DLC or as a general update. Other then the game having the insane difficulty level known simply as "HELL" they changed the main character's shot patterns. I really like Reco's attack patter in Black Label to the ones she had in the original release of Futari.

Hopefully they'll get this out on the other mobile marketplaces as well. It's great to see that Cave can keep pumping out more of their great games so you can play them on the go. I'm also looking forward to the American releases of Cave's games now that Red Star is opening up here in the US! More shooting fun is always a good thing! (Now if G.Rev would release Under Defeat HD here in the states as well, then we'd be in business!
