Both Kotaku.com and Nintendo Life are reporting that Steve Wiebe has successfully broken Billy Mitchell's Donkey Kong high score by acheiving a high score of 1,064,500. We here at Arcade-Hunters.com congratulate Steve on taking the lead and hope the challenge continues on. Earlier this year, newcomer Hank Chien beat Mitchell's 2007 record with his own score of 1,061,700. Mitchell answered back this past July with a score of 1,062,800, taking the title back.
