Apicarnage Week: Sonic The Hedgesong

The fun continues from Keith's concert at Funspot! Today we've got another new song about everybody's favorite blue hedgehog. Today we'll be rockin' out to Sonic The Hedgesong!

Speaking of Sonic, I wanted to mention a few weeks ago I picked up the Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection on the 360. It's a great mix of some of Sega's best (and not so great) games from the Master System, Genesis or Megadrive for all our EU and Japanese fans and a few arcade games sprinkled in for good mix. It's kinda odd they have the arcade Shinobi, Shinobi 3 for Genesis, but not Shadow Dancer. They also include the three home versions of Golden Axe 1, 2 and 3 and Golden Ax Warrior but not Golden Axe The Revenge of Death Adder? Come on Sega!

What I really liked is that they didn't alter much of the games. As far as I know all of the games were left intact, that includes Sonic The Hedgehog 3. I was playing it to hear the redone version of Carnival Night Zone but was really happy to hear they left the original song with the "JAM!!" lyric in the game! Nice touch. I hope the credits and White Cap Zone have the same music. It would have been awesome if Sega could have got Michael Jackson to do the soundtrack for Sonic Generations. I think it would have made the perfect combo.
